Shadow Snakes is designed to be played without creating an account. At this time, we do not collect personal information directly through the app, such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

Gameplay progress or settings may be stored locally on your device so the app can function properly. Information stored only on your device and not transmitted to us is not used by us to identify you.

2. How We Use Information

Because we do not currently collect personal information through the app, we do not use app-collected personal information for advertising, profiling, or selling data.

If you contact us directly, we may use the information you choose to provide only to respond to your message, provide support, or address a request you make.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information collected through Shadow Snakes with third parties for marketing or cross-context behavioral advertising.
